Apple Pie Shake Recipe

Heart-healthy cinnamon makes this shake extraordinary!

Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops Herbalife French Vanilla Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix
  • 2 tablespoons Personalized Protein Powder (or more)
  • 1 cup plain soy milk or nonfat milk
  • 1 cup frozen apple slices
  • A few dashes each cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 ice cubes

Directions:

  • Place all ingredients in the blender and mix thoroughly until the ice cubes are completely crushed. Ice cubes are optional.

Fruit Frenzy Shake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 Scoops of Herbalife Vanilla Formula 1
  • 1 or 2 Scoops of Protein Powder
  • 100 mls Pineapple Juice
  • 100 mls Apricot Nectar
  • 50 mls Guava Juice
  • 50 mls Lime Juice
  • 1 Small Banana

Directions:

  • Place all ingredients in the blender and mix thoroughly.

Pumpkin Banana Smoothie Recipe

Pumpkin adds a richness to this smoothie with very few calories and more than a daily serving of Vitamin A.

Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops Herbalife French Vanilla Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix
  • 2 tablespoons Personalized Protein Powder (or more)
  • 1 cup plain soy milk or nonfat milk
  • 1/4 cup canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
  • 1/2 medium banana
  • Few drops vanilla
  • Scant 1/8 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 4 ice cubes

Directions:

  • Place all ingredients in the blender and blend thoroughly until the ice cubes are completely crushed.
