Chai Latte Shake Recipe

Kick-start your morning with a little chai energy.

Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops Herbalife French Vanilla Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix
  • 2 tablespoons Personalized Protein Powder (or more)
  • 1 cup plain soy milk or nonfat milk
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened liquid iced tea concentrate
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • A few dashes each:  ginger, clove, black pepper
  • 4-5 ice cubes

Directions:

  • Place all ingredients in the blender and blend thoroughly until the ice cubes are completely crushed.

Mango Tango Shake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 Scoops of Herbalife Vanilla Formula 1
  • 1 or 2 Scoops of Protein Powder
  • 300 mls Skim Milk
  • 2 Scoops Mango Low Fat Yohurt
  • 1 Fresh Mango Diced

Directions:

  • Place all ingredients in the blender and mix thoroughly.
