The Rock Shake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 Scoops of Herbalife Vanilla Formula 1
  • 1 or 2 Scoops of Protein Powder
  • 200 mls Skim Milk
  • 100 mls Vanilla Non-Fat Yoghurt
  • 1 Cup Rockmelon (Cantaloupe)

Directions:

  • Place all ingredients in the blender and mix thoroughly.
